We are now a home studio as of Feb. 14th! You will have to text or call your instructor to cancel and will be charged a class if you do not show and no 24 cancellation was made. We have people on 2-3 month waiting lists now who want your spots.

Welcome to Pilateez.com


We are a now a small service Pilates Studio located in London Ontario. Pilateez.com strives to provide a safe, comfortable environment for group mat classes, reformer lessons, yoga,  teacher training, courses and seminars. We are hear to help you with your health and fitness goals.

Our instructors are the only fully certified teachers in London. All instructors take a 250 hr training certification program, not a weekend course. Instructors must obtain a 80% avg. on 3 written exams and 3 physical exams.

With a legitimate injury or health issue pilates and yoga can be covered by most benefit plans.

Kegelrama's will resume Sept. 2011!!! Please sign up for Sept. 16th, from 7-9pm now.


What is Pilates?

Pilates focuses on the core abdominal muscles that stabilize the torso.

The exercises can be personalized to meet individual needs or level of athleticism.
